The Rugby Players Association (RPA) is delighted to announce Josh Caulfield of Bristol Bears as the worthy recipient of this season’s final Vodafone Business Gain Line Award.
The Vodafone Business Gain Line Award was created to support current and former players of the game in their off the field business ventures and personal development.
Josh, alongside his brother Jake, set up a construction, maintenance and development company called Evolution Developments, based in the South West of England. The company aims to transform buildings from start to finish. After creating the business, the pair identified a lack of mental health support within the industry and developed a comprehensive mental fitness programme specifically designed for construction environments.
On winning the award, Caulfield said: "We’re incredibly proud to receive the Gain Line Award from the RPA and Vodafone. It’s a real honour to be recognised for our journey beyond the game — a reflection of the dedication, resilience, and ambition that drives Evolution Developments every day.
Our mission is clear: we integrate our expertise in maintenance, construction, and developments to craft exceptional spaces that bring our clients’ dreams to life.
