Hornets Colts took on local rivals Nailsea and Backwell Colts at Cheddar RFC in the Final of the Somerset Cup and a hard fought game but Hornets were victorious coming out winners by 33 points to 20.
The crowd was swelled by the prescence of many Senior players and supporters who gave vocal support to the boys.
This is another fantastic result for this team as for all the coaches and players it is the result of 12 years of hard work. Half the squad stay in this team and are joined by the U16s for next season while the other half now step up to Senior rugby as the conveyorbelt of local talent once again keeps rolling.
This again proves the importance of breeding your own players to come through into the Senior section with a lot of experience under their belts and plenty of talent to boot.
Congratulation to all the Coaches as their job now is done and they can look to other oportunities going forward.
